Thick green lawn with a sharp edge along the driveway
Fertilization & weed control

Thicker grass. Fewer weeds.

Mowing keeps a lawn neat. Feeding it is what makes it thick. We match the fertilizer to your grass type and the season so the lawn fills in instead of just getting cut short.

Weed control runs alongside it: pre-emergent before the season turns, spot treatments through it. Add it to your mowing and it all happens on the same visits.

  • Pre-emergent to stop weeds before they sprout
  • Seasonal feeding for Bermuda or St. Augustine
  • Spot treatments for broadleaf weeds
  • A heads-up after every treatment
How the program works

Four rounds. One for each season.

Timing is everything in North Texas. Here's a typical year. Your exact rounds are built around your lawn and confirmed in your quote.

01
Late winter

Pre-emergent

Stops crabgrass and spring weeds before they germinate. This is why winter sign-up matters.

02
Spring

Green-up feeding

Feeds the lawn as it wakes up, with spot treatments for any broadleaf weeds that show.

03
Summer

Heat-season care

Steady feeding to help the grass handle Texas heat, plus weed control between rounds.

04
Fall

Fall prep

Pre-emergent for winter weeds and a fall feeding so the lawn comes back strong next spring.

FAQ

Fertilization questions

Why sign up in winter?

Pre-emergent has to go down in late winter, before the soil warms and weed seeds sprout. Signing up now means you're on the schedule in time.

How soon will I see results?

Most lawns green up within a few weeks of a feeding. Thicker turf and fewer weeds build over the season as the program does its work.

Do I need to be home?

No. We let you know when a treatment goes down and how long to keep kids and pets off the lawn.

Can I get fertilization without mowing?

Yes. Take the program on its own, or bundle it with mowing to keep everything on one schedule.

What if weeds come back between rounds?

Tell us and we'll come back and spot treat. If you're not happy, we make it right.

What grass types do you treat?

The warm-season grasses common in Rockwall and Lavon: Bermuda and St. Augustine.
